2. Information We Collect

We collect the following personal information when you sign up for our waitlist:

• Name - Your first name, provided voluntarily.
• Email Address - Used to communicate with you about your waitlist status and our launch.
• IP Country - Derived from your IP address via Cloudflare headers for analytics purposes (we do not store your full IP address).
• Browser User Agent - For analytics and troubleshooting.
• Referral Source - UTM parameters or referral codes, if applicable.
• Gender - Your self-reported gender, used to personalize your waitlist experience and determine eligibility for free access.
• Identity verification data - To keep the community real and safe, members complete an identity check through Stripe Identity, which involves capturing an image of a government-issued photo ID and a self-portrait photo ("selfie"). See Section 5 below for how this sensitive information is handled.

If you reserve your spot or purchase VIP access, payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We never see, collect, or store your credit card numbers or payment details.

5. Identity Verification and Biometric Information

To maintain a verified, safe community, we require members to confirm their identity. We use Stripe Identity, a third-party identity verification service, to collect and analyze a government-issued photo ID and a self-portrait photo (a "selfie"). This process may involve the creation and processing of biometric identifiers or biometric information (such as facial geometry) by Stripe in order to confirm that the selfie matches the photo on the identity document.

Consent. You will be asked to consent before any identity verification or biometric processing occurs. By proceeding with the identity check, you authorize us and our verification provider to collect, process, and analyze your identity document, your selfie, and any biometric identifiers derived from them for the purposes of verifying your identity and the gender associated with your account, detecting fraud, and maintaining the integrity of the community. If you do not wish to undergo biometric verification, do not complete the identity check; contact us at the email below to ask about any available alternative, and note that we may be unable to confirm your spot without verification.

Storage and retention. Stripe processes and stores the identity document and selfie under its own privacy and security practices. In addition, we may store a copy of your selfie temporarily in a private, access-controlled location solely so that our team can manually confirm your identity and gender. We delete this stored copy promptly after the review is complete, and in any event we retain such images only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the verification purpose, resolve disputes, comply with our legal obligations, and protect against fraud, after which it is permanently deleted. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose biometric information to third parties except to our verification provider and as required by law.

Outcome of review. If we are unable to confirm your identity or eligibility, or if the verification is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent, we reserve the right to remove you from the waitlist and ask you to sign up and resubmit. We will notify you by email if this occurs.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate personal data
• Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten"), including any retained identity images
• Withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing from our emails
• Data portability - request a copy of your data in a standard format
